Guarantee Conditions

The guarantee is valid only under the following conditions:

  • The item must not be damaged. It must be in its original packaging;
  • The item must be in a resalable condition;
  • After receiving the returned item, the order will be canceled. The amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
  • The order cancellation must be reported to us in writing via email.

The right of return excludes the following items:

  • Items ordered for business projects;
  • Custom-made items. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made items are non-returnable.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps:

  1. Fill out the return form: Send us an email via the contact page to receive the return form.
  2. Shipping the order: Send the package along with the completed return form to the address provided in the return form. Ensure that a tracking code is included with the shipment. You are responsible as the sender, and we do not want any misunderstandings.
  3. Receive the purchase amount to your bank account: After receiving the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.

Not At Home

If your order is delivered when you are not at home, the package will be automatically forwarded to a nearby collection point. It is important that you pick up the package within the designated time. If the package is not picked up within this time frame, additional charges will be applied. These charges include administrative costs, storage costs, and transportation costs, which are additional for our company. Alternatively, you can have the package re-sent. In this case, you only need to pay the shipping costs, which may vary depending on the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Returns without a tracking code may be lost in transit. Therefore, we ask our customers to always register returns with us and provide us with the tracking code.
