Incorrect or Defective Products
If you have received incorrect or defective products, please email us at serviceshuve@gmail.com to discuss further steps.
General Returns
If you are not satisfied with the received product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original and resalable condition.
Upon return, you are entitled to a full refund, which includes return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.
Return Request
1. Request a Return Form:
• If you do not already have a return form, please download, print, and fill out the return form. Request the return form using the contact form below.
• Send the completed return form along with a photo of the products you wish to return to serviceshuve@gmail.com
2. Approval:
• Once approved, ensure the return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below.
• Clearly mark "Return" on the outside of the package.
• Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely.
• Email the tracking information to serviceshuve@gmail.com.

Step 1: Request the Return Form
Use the contact form below to request the return form. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send the Products
Send the products along with the completed return form to the address provided in the return form.
Ensure you include the tracking code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 14 business days.
